Whole betel nut / areca nut

Betel nut is a species of palm which grows in much of the tropical Pacific, Asia, and parts of east Africa. The species has many common names including the Areca palm, Areca nut palm, Betel palm, Indian nut, Pinang palm, Bunga, Pinang, Adike.  

In Vietnam, the season to harvesting begins November and ends April.  Betel nut contains large tamin content, axit galic, and some essential oil such as lignin, gum,... 

The whole white betel nuts are produced from mature betel nut. They are pared peel off and dried.

The description of dried whole betel nut:

- Moisture content: 13 % max

- Broken: 5% max

- Impurities: 1 % max.

- Color: brown natural

- Type: slices, whole, half cut...

- Quality: As export standard, No SO2, no CO2,...

- Shelf life: 12 months.

- Packing: 50 kg/PP bag, 60 kg/Jute bag, or as the customer request.

- Quantity: 15 tons per 1 container 20 feet.

- Shipping port: Cat Lai Port, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

- Delivery time: Within 10 days ( after we received your payment).

- Payment term: 100 % L/C at sight or T/T (30/70).

- Supply Ability: 200 tons/months

- Storage: dry places and avoid humidly.
